Just make sure they specify for Disc Brakes. There were 14” disc brake wheels in the 60’s for later cars, and if they are designed for disc brakes with the 4x4.5 great, but many won’t.

As i stated above, much much much better tire selection, and cheaper, in 15” wheels. Wheel Vintiques in Calif will make the 15” in 4x4.5 with whatever backspacing you want too.

OK, check with Discount Tire and see if they are a 14” wheel designed for disc brakes. Clearance for the caliper is the issue. May depend on your caliper too. If they are for a small foreign car it may use a small caliper. Most of the conversion kits you buy use an S10 caliper which are kinda medium size. Maybe they’re good, DT should know applications other than bolt pattern. Guess you made sure they aren’t a front wheel drive application?

I used Scarebird Classic Brakes and followed their kit. S10 calipers and mitsu rotors. Its in the kit, and everything fit. I'm driving the car now! When i figure out how to put picts up I will try again. When I put the new tires and wheels on the car I wasn't thinking of disc at the time.
