Bad Torque Convertor Empty Bad Torque Convertor

My mechanic told me that the torque convertor is bad, when the car is about 180 degrees it stalls going into reverse, so I'm hoping to find a torque convertor to rebuild. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks! Gary in Az
