Power brakes, failure Empty Power brakes, failure

Hi,
I have a ‘62 Skylark Conv. And need advice on the power brakes.
The vacuum assist seems to have failed. I bled the lines and still have no braking action. The pedal is spongy.
What should I try and are parts available?
