Let me know if you want them Bill, I'm not very far from him. I can grab them before there gone and then sell them to you at double the price..

Haha... nice. I called him and he would not ship them to me. Fortunately, my in-laws happen to be in San Diego right now for two weeks. They are going to grab them from him on Monday. No mark-up for you!
Thanks for the lead- that was the one part mine is missing that I was worried about. And it is a great price! Can't thank you enough!

Re: Parts lead: 1963 Buick head light housings
Quick question... does anyone know if they are reversible? It looks like one is missing the trim ring, but he assured me that all is there on the phone. In the event that it was missing I am guessing I could use the one from the other side, right?
Re: Parts lead: 1963 Buick head light housings
If something should happen, as San Diego is over 100 miles away (I'm 3-6 miles) let me know.....

I will let you know, but they love driving on random missions like that anyhow. Plus, my mother in law confessed she was trying to find that part for me since I bought the car, so I think she is excited to pick it up. The guy mentioned that there is a guy down the street who restores Buicks. Any idea of who/what he is talking about? He said specifically from the 60s.

If you can get his name I might know him. There are a lot of BCA guys locally, I know a few. Any info i.e. name or phone# might be helpful to those on this forum looking for parts or leads.....

My in laws picked these up today with no incident, so I should be good. They went to check out the guy down the street who has the other Buicks as well. i will report back when I know more.

UPDATE: Just got back from our family vacation yesterday and the in-laws had these waiting for me in my garage. Fit the driver's side on today and I have a winner!! Thanks for spotting them for me Tom!! I really appreciate it! I will let you know more about the guy down the street once I have a chance to talk with my in-laws. Thanks again!
