62 Buick Wagon Two Door
Ok this is just a test to see if I can upload a picture. This is the beginning of a conversion to a two door from a four door.

Thanks for the nice words Here is more of what has been going on with this conversion. This is some of the mockup for turbocharger with ls engine installed. All of this is coming back out so that I can repair all of the underhood rust with new metal

Are you sticking with the torq thrusts on it? The last picture has a different set of rims on the front.
Re: 62 Buick Wagon Two Door
I am using the front ones. They are Champion Cap5. The back were a set of Boyd Smoothies I had from another car I built 10 years ago that I sold

Man, I love wagons!
And this one is something special (no pun intended). Can't wait to continue following this one...

Re: 62 Buick Wagon Two Door
Thought I would update some older pics of things going on with the wagon. The instrument cluster had the rpm and mph backwards so I had to fix that. Cant imagine no rpm and 1000 mph lol Trunk area with mockup of airride and fuel cell also exhaust work over the rearend. floorboard with tunnel and Quarterstick shifter cover. 1961 Portholes fitted to 62 fenders and tailgate attached. Making nomad type bars for the tailgate out of 3/4 aluminum half round and forming to fit the curved gate and electric opener.

If people don't say it anymore they will once they see it. I can't wait to see the finished product here. Have you picked exterior color (s)?

Yes it will be two toned but until I get some of the color put on I don't want to say so that nobody else can try to use these colors. Strange but after all this time I would be pissed if someone else used them. You will be surprised and hopefully excited in its look.

That thing could do with a sunroof and a surf board! Very nice work. Killer Nomad!

Re: 62 Buick Wagon Two Door
I'm keeping you in mind rt for that rear bumper. I assume the F-85 and Tempest wagons share the same bumpers as the Buick?
