Buick 215 info....
A 30yr old article from Hot Rod, I had no clue that the Olds and Buick had a lot of differences, interesting read.....

Good read for sure! Didn't know you could get 305 CI's out of our 215's! Tx for sharing!

Re: Buick 215 info....
Had a guy around here a few years ago that built a 305 and he had alot of money in a aluminum small block that was a gutless money pit. It was cute looking in a Vega but a stock 350 had more power as If memory serves me, it made about 325 on the dyno. So if you are looking for some pep, easier to paint block silver and make custom valve covers to look like its a buick motor, just my 2 cents.
And I like the crazy thoughts on cars. RT

LOL -- yeah I don't think Id spend all the money to get to a 305 but it was neat to know. Only thing Im looking at RATM is maybe doing the 300CID aluminum head swap for a few extra ponies. If I was bent on power I'd just drop the built 462 I have on the stand waiting to go in my 81 regal lol.
