Wanted: 215 bell housing pattern dimensions

Does anyone out there have a dimensioned drawing of the 215 bell housing pattern? Seems that this information is unobtanium on google.
Here's the situation:
I have a metric 60 degree patterned 4L60e (same basic pattern as the 700r4) for my 63 Skylark and nobody wants to provide an adapter, because they aren't familiar with the newer transmission. I've tried the 2 vendors that commonly support the 215 that I know of, and both came back with nothing, so I'm left to make one on my own. If I have to, I will measure the dual path and get the info, but the car is together right now and I'm trying to get as much as possible in place for the conversion before pulling it down.
Since I'm left to do this on my own, how many would be interested in a basic kit with adapter, parts source list, and instructions? Might as well document it all and have a few sets of parts made up at the same time if it can benefit someone else.
