Have always been a fan of these baby buicks so I decided to buy a beat up old wagon last year. I have spent the better part of the year building a car that they never made. Twenty years ago I built a two door Corvair wagon that was best engineered NHRA Super Gas car and always thought that another car like this would be in my future. So loving the Specials in 62 I ventured out and finally found one. Now I am getting closer al the time to getting some of things finished {long way to go}. I have changed the suspension using a S10 frame ls1 engine turbocharged four door converted to two door using the two door sedan doors Air ride on all four corners and many other things. I will post from time to time some of the updates if administrator so allows. I do have alot of info I have acquired about these cars that may be useful to other members as I believe it is great to share thoughts for people in doubt. Thanks for the forum and look forward to finishing this car and being part of a group that cherishes these cars

Thanks for the introduction. I have a two door 63 and now am getting the wagon bug. Once I get the 63 where I want it I am sure I will start hunting down a wagon. Post any updates you want - we are all interested in seeing someone else's project. Let me know if you need any help! Also, We quite a few of us from the midwest from what I am seeing.

Will post pics as soon as this will allow me. We should also have a forum that is listed as projects so as not to clutter other forums if you can do that.

I removed the 7 day waiting period, so you should be good to post. I will make a project area today. Thats a great idea.
